Could you please tell our readers a brief background about yourself and how you started your business?*
Me and my siblings grew up in a highly disciplined environment since my father was in the army. After I completed my MBA in marketing, I worked with a media company for a brief period. I quit the field and since 2015, I have spent a lot of time learning digital marketing on my own.
I did in-depth research of the market, tried and tested new things on lead generation, etc. It took me 3 years to learn the tricks of the trade. As learning is a never-ending process, I m still learning new things about my trade every day.
Where did the idea for Magicleads 24 come from?
I have named my company after giving it a lot of thought.
We have some special practices by which we generate leads for any business – small or big. That’s where Magicleads24 comes from.
And since we provide service to our clients 24*7, it felt more apt to add along with Magicleads.
What are you currently doing to maintain/grow your business?
In any business, client retention is very important. For me, every client is important – be it big or small. To retain the clients, it is very important to deliver within the timeframe.
It is impossible to do business in this industry if you are not able to provide the results in the stipulated time. To grow the business, we make the best case studies after giving good results.
Also, we make case studies to promote on social media platforms. With this technique, we get a lot of clients, and their references as well.
What is your main tactic when it comes to making more people aware of your brand and engaging your customers? How did your business stand out?
We specialize in SEO – both local and organic. My company uses Facebook & Instagram for paid promotions.

What’s your daily routine? How do you achieve work-life balance?
My company is based in India and all my clients are from different time zones. Hence, I start my work from 21:00 till 06:00. From 12 noon, I start my work for the Indian clients. I sleep for 4 to 5 hours.
Also, I have to stay updated with my team all-day as they work in 2 shifts. My employees love this since it is something different and they enjoy the schedule. They have adapted themselves to work in odd timings.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Always do what you are afraid to do.” the more we face what we perceive to be scary, the less scary it becomes because we learn that the fear was only ever in our minds. All we had to do was just feel it.
What advice would you give to a newbie Entrepreneur setting up their first business?
Challenge yourself, Do work you care about. Take the risk, Believe in yourself. Have a vision.
